Lose Weight Fast – Reduce Your Calorie

Many people want to lose the extra fat for a number of reasons so here is a quick guide on how to lose at least 18 pounds in less than 10days.

Please note that losing weight should be stress free. As amateur of fact, you should first decide that you really want to cut off the extra fat, else you won't enjoy the experience and worse still, and your efforts could be futile!

It is also important that you get a friend or partner who will encourage you in case you feel your determination is failing you. Also keep a record of your diet. This will help you keep the fats in check while staying healthy.

The first step is to drink as much water as you feel is necessary i.e. quench the thirst every time it exists. In addition to that, have some soup with your meals. It will do you real good because you will never be dehydrated. Drinking coffee and green tea will help blunt out the hunger while keeping a low calorie intake
Eat high proteins with a low fat content.e.g eggs,tilapia,beans.......e.t.c in moderate quantities. These keep your muscles in good shape while you shed the fat. Remember to have a colossal amount of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Couple your meal with a high protein and   a carbohydrate and you are good to go.
Plan your eating schedule; this will help you avoid missing meals which would result in indulging unplanned calories. Follow the golden rule; EAT ONLY FROM A PLATE WHILE SITTING AT A TABLE. If your hobby is eating, then try supplementing or even substituting it with another activity e.g. playing games, reading novels or chatting with friends. Anything else HEALTHY, besides imbibing food!
Also ,doing regular  exercises is very vital if one is to  lose any fat. It can range from walking around the neighborhood to going for an exhausting marathon. Do what you feel will be good enough for you without putting your health in jeorpady."follow instinct". Exercises should be done on a daily basis without decline but rather a daily improvement which is accompanied by physical fitness. Before you know it, you will have the body shape you have always desired to have.5 pushups and 10 sit-ups before and after you sleep will do you no harm
Besides the above exercises, also do some weight training, 2-3 times a week. This tones the muscles to the desired shape.
